When this guy was small he was trouble and mischief-maker. He's a talented in drawing and you can see the samples, example the comics he has drawn from MUCC which were relased on their beatsuffle shows. In his school times he dreamed of becoming a hair beauty artist, just like his mom and dad. Both of his older brothers changed his music taste a lot, like playing bands like The Blue Hearts to Tatsurou. Some of these bands still are his favorite ones.

His first performance was in the school Cultural festival with SATOchi as a drummer. He also recieved 'HAPPY-NEW-YEAR-CARD' (in Japan new year is much bigger thing than Christmas) from SATOchi right after the performance and decided to become a singer. He met Miya at the concert and later other members, and on 1997 they formed MUCC.

Tatsurou's voice is incredible and versatile. He has way to sing so painfully about emotions, but he can also make soft sound to songs. He can also scream brutally and growl. Even if he changes his voice, you can ALWAYS hear when this guy is singing. He also had vocal training as student.

Tatsurou writes MUCC's lyrics together with Miya, other members don't write them at all. He's also good friend of Daisuke (ex-kagerou, the studs) and Gara (MERRY).

Tatsurou also had a side project, BLUCK-TLICK, a cover band for BUCK-TICK. It's members are/were Yuu (MERRY), Aie (deadman), Lay (ex-FATIMA), Tsuyoshi (ex-Kalimero)

YUKKE and Miya were on the same school and friends from elementary school on. Miya's mother is a music teacher, and she wanted to teach Miya playing piano, but Miya didn't want, and so he bought guitar and started writing his own songs. Miya's father died when he was seven and after that he became difficult child.

Miya formed his first band when he was on nineth grade, and had his first live on school festival. He did more and more lives, and that's how he met other members of MUCC. Miya writes most of MUCC's music, but also lyrics. His music can be really hard but also very emotional, with strong feelings even on only the music without the lyrics. His riffling is very thrilling and kind of straining. His guitar playing styles are very varied, he mixed an extreme wide variation of styles. He mixes up jazz, ska, metal and rock. Miya's lyrics are versatile but they also have mostly a dark, sometimes even a morbid feeling in them.

In concerts he's really wild, even aggressive. He seems to have am extreme endurance, he might be jumping around the stage whole live. In backstake Miya is calm person, he seems to be MUCC's most reasonable member. Probably he's used to be more reserved, but he can't keep out fooling around with the others, who have also called Miya also the most scariest member of MUCC. Miya has also dog, he's called Gizmo.

Miya has, and has had also some side projects like producing DAISHI's (ex-Psycho lé Cemu's vocalist) first solo single, and writing a lyric to him also. He also is friend of band La Vie En Rose and he produced their newest album. MUCC also covered some La Vie En Rose songs, as the La Vie En Rose covered some MUCC songs. On February 2005 he also made session band, GeKiGaKutai, featuring Kyosuke (La Vie En Rose, vocals), himsel Miya (MUCC, guitar), Yoshida Masatatsu (THREE9, bass) and Ooshima Tsuyoshi (Jully, drums).

YUKKE has been Miya's friend since they were children. And they've also been on the same school. Since they were so good friends, they played together often. YUKKE decided he wants to learn to play bass, when his friend played him a song of BUCK-TICK. Besides playing bass he used to play baseball.

As YUKKE was good friend of Miya, he often was invited to MUCC's lives, and he got used to film their concerts. (He has filmed some also afterhe joined the band.) When Hiro, MUCC's ex-bassist decided to leave the band in 1999, after week YUKKE joined the band.

YUKKE writes very melodic music, and he can often do also heart-breaking sound into MUCC's music. He plays straight, hard and unique bass-lines to give the songs a big force and pression, which sure makes a lot of effect.

The other members of MUCC, especially Tatsurou like to bully YUKKE a little, even YUKKE sure is the kindest person in the band. You can always notice him, as his trademarks are childish act and humor. Even YUKKE is kind person, he doesn't like animals, especially he doesn't like cats.

SATOchi was kid, who loved to do sports. He especially loved playing basketball, and as you can see from hobbies, he still loves sports. On nineth (9th) grade he played drums for first time at school festival, and Tatsurou was the vocalist and his teacher told him he is really good at it. His teacher also told him he should practice more with drums but SATOchi was more interested in playing guitar.

During his high school he seperated more and more from his home and parents, and started to stay more and more with his friends than at his home. One day his friend showed him live concert of Luna Sea and SATOchi became really touched because of it, and decided to become a musician. After that he started to train more and more with drums, more than ever before.

Third year after this he met MUCC. Tatsurou remembered him, since he had sent Tatsurou a greeting card in New Year. In the beginning he was only support drummer of MUCC but after few live performances he was asked to join the band... and he did.

SATOchi's drumming is really versatile and he has perfect sense of rhythm. His style reaches from aggressive metal drumming into support jazz background drums. In concerts he's really wild and his playing seems to me more aggressive than in albums or in other relases. His music turns out to be really jazzy and funky and it has cheerful melodies. Even he hasn't wrote a lot of songs yet, seems like there starts to be more and more songs written by SATOchi. Most of the time this guy is told to be dorky but funny.
